The company Gowex creates one of the largest networks in the city. This connection will be provided to the residents and visitors of the city that will have the iOS, Android  application for mobile devices.
In my opinion, I think that this is a good thing for the people, since it allows to connect without having Internet at home, making it easier for people who do not have sufficient resources to pay for this item may dispose of it.
